INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Therapy is a collaborative process wherein I assist you to reflect on your difficulties or distress.  As you develop greater insight, understanding and acceptance of how and why you arrived at this place, we will collaboratively explore ways to overcome challenges and cope better by creating healthier patterns of thinking and behaviour. 

 

I can work with you in exploring any aspect of your life, personality or relationships, including your relationship with yourself (particularly if this has been negative or self-critical) and/or help you reach your goals.
