Hi there and welcome - I'm Jana

I am a registered Psychotherapist/Counsellor (B.Couns., M.A.C.A. level 4) and work with young adults, adults and couples. 

 

I can assist you to work through any of the following issues:

I have a particular interest in working with clients with anxiety disorders and trauma. This could be a single incident or chronic trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, complex, childhood trauma or sexual assault trauma.

I also work with people with addictive behaviours, using a Harm Reduction Approach.
